Yes, on a scheduled basis (weekly or bi-weekly) you will have a set crew perform the cleaning. This will give you the chance to become comfortable and acquainted with your team. Our goal is to provide you with consistency no matter what; even if circumstances demand a staffing change. Every employee is extensively trained to utilize the same efficient, effective cleaning techniques.

 

We begin our relationship with you by visiting your location and creating a customized work order for your needs, so that you can always count on receiving the same great, personalized service to which you’re accustomed.

Before our cleaners leaves your business, they complete a cleaning checklist. This checklist tells you everything we cleaned. 

We accept cancellations or rescheduled appointments 48 hours in advance. Please understand that we book our appointments very early, so scheduling an appointment on short notice is often not an option.

Tips for our cleaners are neither expected nor required. Leaving them a simple note of how well they did will mean a lot to them. Our cleaners want to know that their work met or exceeded your expectations. You can also leave a review on our website or Facebook page. We love hearing that our work is appreciated.

Our employees are not available for direct hire. A great deal of time and resources is put into hiring our staff.

 

Each employee signs a contract with us agreeing not to solicit or accept direct employment from any of our customers for a period of three years from the date that employee last worked for Perfect Preservers.

We strive to maintain long-term relationships, but we understand there may be certain circumstances where that is not possible. In that case, a customer may elect to cancel their contract with 30 days written notice for any cause and without penalty.

Our services are tailored to your specific needs. We clean from 1 day a week to 7 days a week. The number of days is completely up to you and your requirements.

Yes, we arrive with all cleaning supplies and equipment necessary to make your homes/offices sparkle. We even bring our own freshly laundered micro-fiber and soft cotton towels. You will be happy to know that almost all of our products are eco-friendly and either unscented or low-scented. If you would like us to use your own cleaning equipment or any special cleaning supplies, just let us know. We would be happy to do so.

We use a dry extraction cleaning method that gives your carpet a thorough deep cleaning.

We are not satisfied until you’re happy, so we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If something was missed, please notify us within 24 hours and we will send the team back at our expense to correct the issue. Our dedication to customer service and our desire to please ensures consistent, high quality cleaning. Yes, we have General Liability, Worker’s Compensation and auto policies. Perfect Preservers maintains insurance to protect you from damaged property or any worker injuries that may happen while our staff cleans your business. However, customer have a maximum of 48 hours to report damaged or broken items for replacement or repair. After 48 hours customer assumes liability.

We accept the following debit cards: MasterCard and Visa. For your convenience, you can also pay directly through Perfect Preservers Website & Mobile App. We bill on a monthly cycle and invoice through email.

Unfortunately, we cannot ensure accuracy over the phone, so this is not an option. We are available to schedule quotes Monday thru Saturday.
